Previously the historic Beechwood Inn, Beechwood Manor is a Victorian gem cradled by landmark beech trees and lush grounds in historic Barnstable Village. A half mile to the beach, shopping, local restaurants, cafes, whale watching, and more! Expansive wrap around porch with plentiful seating for your morning coffee, or happy hour cocktails. Five minute drive to Hyannis, and ten minutes to Hyannis Main Street, and the ferry. Each room has a brand new memory foam mattress, smart tv, wifi, AC/heat, hair dryer, toiletries, and private full en suite. On the second level a coffee/tea bar, ice maker, microwave, and mini fridge/freezer.
Private events, rehearsal dinner farm to table style welcome, or rent out the inn rooms for wedding parties. The options are bountiful.

THE MARBLE ROOM
The Marble Room brings tranquility and light. With it's inviting shade of green alongside the original marble fireplace, enjoy a glass of wine while sitting in your cozy corner looking out at the 300 year old weeping beach tree, or the adjacent 200 year old English copper beech tree. King size bed with brand new memory foam mattress, night side tables, and plentiful storage. Full size newly renovated en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Wifi and smart tv, AC/heat, with usb lamps for extra charging stations. Coffee/tea bar provided, ice maker, microwave, and mini fridge/freezer in the upstairs common area.
THE ROSE ROOM
Beautiful, blush, and bright. The Rose Room has an incredible four post queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress for a well rested night. With armoire and dresser for plentiful storage, decorative fireplace, a private newly renovated full en suite tub/shower bathroom, and double balcony doors that walk out to the expansive wrap around porch for your morning coffee or evening cocktails looking out to our historic weeping beech tree.
THE COTTAGE ROOM
The Cottage Room is a whimsical favorite at Beechwood Manor. Four beautiful stained glass windows looking out to the 200 year old Weeping Beech Tree, you feel like you're in a tree house! Beautifully bright, plenty of storage in walk in closet and dresser. Full private bath, new queen mattress, smart tv, wifi, AC, and coffee bar. Expansive wrap around porch with plentiful outdoor dining options to take in the beauty with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Not handicap assessable, stairs required.
THE TOWER
The Tower room boasts character. Partial ocean views, a queen bed, and a twin size daybed under beautiful arched window. Sleeps 3. Beautifully updated double sink full private en suite, and newly painted to give a bright, cottage feel. Very cozy, yet spacious room.
